Alert prioritisation

Conversation with Paul Yap at AMP regarding prioritisation of alerts:

1. Action required for Bills that have received Royal Assent (assume he means when they have commenced)

2. FYI for new Bills

3. FYI for Consultation papers.  AMP have a Gov Affairs team and receive notification on the day of release from other sources.
