Isolating obligations by jurisdiction
AnsweredCBH have asked whether it's possible within the obligations content (ie practical guidance, consequences) to isolate the information as it relates to individual jurisdictions, so they can identify only the obligations as they apply to them (in this case, Cth and WA).

The obligation is the most granular level; if an obligation contains multiple jurisdictions then the customer know that all the fields (practical guidance, consequence, etc) is applicable to those jurisdictions. There is no further splitting of those fields
