Module Application

The Public Lands and Property module assists councils to:

• Manage land assets, and regulate classification, planning, and use of land.
• Follow compulsory acquisition, sale, and lawful disposal rules under local government legislation.
• Fulfill Crown land manager duties, including environmental and heritage compliance.

This module is intended for property, land management, and governance teams involved in administering council and Crown land portfolios.

Breaches may lead to invalid land dealings, environmental and community land challenges, ministerial intervention or loss of Crown land tenure.
