Martin Polaine is a highly experienced barrister (England & Wales) and arbitrator, who also serves as an adviser and legal expert for international organisations, corporations, and governments. He has extensive global experience in areas including dispute resolution, anti-corruption, international law and trade/investment law, with decades of complex case work, publications and teaching credentials. Martin is also a published author of several legal texts including ‘Corruption & Misuse of Public Office’ (Oxford University Press, 2006) and ‘Counter-Terrorism Law & Practice: An International Handbook’ (Oxford University Press, 2009).
